It is with great pleasure that today I can share with you all a new website design for our homepage and a few other of our pages on the Roomfilla website. Since we started Roomfilla over 4 years ago, there has been a lot of change within the short term rental industry. Our business has also evolved and grown over this period.
With humble beginnings of marketing some properties to make some additional cash, we now have a great presence all across Southeast Asia. Our property management business is a very lean operation. We minimize staff costs and rely heavily on technology with everything we do. We thought that it would be better to have a landing page that reflects this and also showcases some of the services we are able to provide.
Three Main Focus Areas
There are really three areas of focus for Roomfilla and we hope that the new webpage can reflect these areas better than before. Ultimately our site before was confusing, ambiguous and gave no real sense of what we were doing or trying to achieve. I hope that now this is a lot clearer for all to see.

Management & Marketing
Firstly we have the rental management business. We can help owners, resorts, hotels and those wishing to rent property short term, do it better. We have a marketing model which is purely commission based or a full service turnkey solution which again is commission based but a higher value.
Finally we are also in the position to be able to offer web development services to individuals, hotels and resorts to increase direct bookings and brand loyalty. All of this at an excellent bargain price with excellent hosting.
